SCCM log file location for mobile device management

In Configuration Manager, client and site server components record process information in individual log files. By default, client and server component logging is enabled in Configuration Manager.
In troubleshooting issues related to mobile devices using SCCM, below log files are useful.

Log files related to mobile device enrollment:
