Part 7: Mobile device management - Troubleshooting
You may experience various issues and error MSG's while setting up mobile device management with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
By default SCCM itself provides extensive client side and server side logging. We can find list of log files here related to mobile device management using SCCM.

While setting up the process I have encountered some issues as below with the solutions which worked for me;
1. Can't Verify Domain 
2. The setup wizard has detected a previous installation of the Directory Sync Tool
3. Microsoft Intune Verification DNS record not found
4. Unhandled exception has occurred in your application Active Directory Sync tool
